Payment and Delivery

Our payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Discover and e-checks.

We will deliver your medications quickly and discreetly to any address worldwide (some exceptions however occur). The order processing usually takes  -2 business days.

You can choose between 2 shipping options:

• EMS (trackable express courier delivery). It usually takes 5-9 days for your goods to arrive (max.14 days);
• Regular airmail delivery (no tracking). It usually takes14-21 days for your goods to arrive (max.30 days).

Please stay informed that all weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please plan your orders in advance.

Large orders (120 pills and more) will be dispatched in 2 separate parcels that may not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name drugs will be shipped in 2 separate parcels too.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us right away to report about the problem and we will reship your order free of charge.

If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us and we will either reship your order free of charge or offer you a refund,

Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address as even a minor mistake may cause non-delivery of the goods. If your order does not reach you due to the wrong addrees that you gave us, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

If you are not satisfying with the quality of our medication, we will give you the address that you may use to return the unused product within 30 days. As soon as we receive it, we will initiate the refund procedure.
